This program provide participants with knowledge about change management and the areas, and reasons for change. It also aims to provide participants with the necessary skills on how to deal with resistance to change and achieve the goals inspired by it. At the end of the program, it is expected that the participant will be able to:
• Identify the reasons for the change.
• Understand the stages of change and the characteristics of each stage.
• Appreciate the role of senior management in supporting change and achieving the desired goals.
• Apply effective strategies in dealing with resistance to change.
