In cooperation with the Federation of Jordanian Insurance Companies, Selat organized a symposium entitled “Digital and Information Technology Governance”.
Selat invited a number of specialists and professional experts in the field, scheduled the events of the seminar with the goal of familiarizing the attendees with the concepts of technology and digital governance and link the goals of business enterprises with the goals and aspirations of the information technology departments.

In this symposium, MedImpact provided innovative solutions in the field of drug benefit management with the development of an effective plan to rationalize drug dispensation through innovative software. In summary, this seminar focused on the importance of digital transformation in information technology departments and the benefits learned for the sector and its clients, with an indication of the importance of developing the uses of technology in the insurance business.
Selat aimed at clarifying the impact of developing services and investing in technology to facilitate the flow of business with realistic practical applications. To clarify the goal, examples were provided that showed both the Saudi and Bahraini experiences in this field. This seminar was a great success, in which the attendees obtained valuable information.
It was attended by (30) participants from (7) local insurance companies, including employees of the IT departments, technical and medical operations, in addition to (13) participants from local bodies, namely (Citibank, the Jordanian Association of Insurance Brokers).
