This course provides participants with an understanding of how to choose the appropriate project, the steps it goes through, the requirements for success, and how to ensure feasibility and profitability. More specifically, this course defines the concept of small projects, their characteristics, and the justifications for their establishment.  It provides the participants with step-by-step instructions for choosing the right project, executing it, conducting the feasibility study, and performing the general evaluation.  

Good Governance Practices

Course Description:
This program aims to develop the participants’ skills in applying the standards of good governance. In particular, the program seeks to achieve the following sub-objectives:
- Refining and developing the participants’ capabilities on how to apply best practices and methodologies related to the concepts and principles of good governance.
- Building the capacity of the participants, designing an evaluation management and improving governance in their organizations in accordance with international requirements.
