Course Description:
This program aims to develop the participants’ skills in building and developing institutional performance indicators. In particular, the program seeks to achieve the following sub-objectives:
•    Refining and developing the participants’ capabilities on how to build indicators in light of the organization’s strategic and operational objectives.
•    Building the capacity of participants in building and using performance indicator cards.

Human resource management as a tool for upgrading administrative development

Course Description:

This course aims to provide participants with the basics of human resource management that are essential for all institutions wishing to develop, progress and gain stability in light of the internal and external changes that have become the only constant in this era.

Target Audience:
This course targets human resources employees, including administrators, executives and the like, and anyone who has ideas and initiatives from other administrative levels.
